Depends on your definition of "Low Quality"

But you might need to lower the water temp so that the wig fibers dont melt

Will this tutorial work on super curly wigs, not just wavy ones?

you'll want to wash the wig, dry, and comb the wig first. Comb it out as much as possible so that there arent any tangles in it and then it should work :)

Now, with the fabric softener, could it be any brand? All I got is ECOS.

any brand is okay, as long as you have it and its a liquid softener, its totally fine! i just like using Purex because its gentle on my skin and wig

Okay, I'll give ECOS a shot with my wig. Hopefully, it won't damage it and make the hair fibers fall out.... I never even cosplayed with this wig yet and already it looks like it was put through the ringer (which means it looks bad)
