Depends on your definition of "Low Quality"

But you might need to lower the water temp so that the wig fibers dont melt

Will this tutorial work on super curly wigs, not just wavy ones?

you'll want to wash the wig, dry, and comb the wig first. Comb it out as much as possible so that there arent any tangles in it and then it should work :)

I dont know if this will work on a cheap halloween wig because the fiber quality is so poor
